SERIES 2000 - Plastic Enclosures sealed to IP65

ABS enclosures sealed by a neoprene gasket recessed in the lid, which has a moulded recess at each end to allow self-adhesive trim strips to be fitted to conceal the lid screws. Plastic Enclosures with Aluminium Front Panel sealed to IP65

Enclosures in ABS or polycarbonate with a raised flange around the edge of the cover. Within this is a 1.5mm thick satin anodized panel secured from the inside. Cover and panel are sealed by neoprene gaskets. Internal fixings for circuit board, mounting plate or DIN rail. Accessories include; mounting plate, hinges, wall mounting kit, and DIN rail.
Colour: Unpainted (natural).

Glass Reinforced Polyester Enclosures sealed to IP65

Enclosures manufactured from glass reinforced polyester which is resistant to sea water and most solvents, acids, etc. and is also self-extinguishing. Sealed by a neoprene gasket recessed in the lid. Internal fixings for circuit board, DIN rail or mounting plate.

Alpha Boxes

Manufactured from two ABS mouldings each with internal fixings for circuit boards. Cover is secured by four screws through the base. Grooved mating edges on base and cover for extra rigidity. Protection to IP40 extendable to IP65 with gasket kit.

DIN Rail Mounting Modules

Moulded in flame retardent Noryl with built-in spring clips for DIN rail (TS35) mounting. All the component parts 'snap-together' for easy assembly - no screws required. Sizes availlable to accommodate any number of terminals from 3 to 54.

Plug-in Housings

The noryl base has a moulded-in 12 or 16 way edge connector. The ABS cover has internal grooves for 2 circuit boards, one of which connects with the edge connector allowing quick replacement of the electronics. Optional DIN rail clip (TS35) for the base.

Plug-in Modules

Autoboxes

Economy housings with internal grooves for two circuit boards. Angled spade terminals soldered on the board(s) at the same time as the board components eliminates further wiring. A snap fit front cover retains the board(s) while allowing access to the terminals. External mounting flanges. A low cost housing for low cost production.

DIN rail circuit board supports

A system for mounting circuit boards on to a DIN rail. The support consists of two end pieces with any number of intermediate sections to build up the required length. Easy 'push together' modular assembly Snap fit to C rail DIN EN50035 or Omega-DIN EN50022 - 50045.
